My point is that most of the crypto industry registration has been state level licenses, and now the federal government is saying to CB that's not going to cut it
If your business is serving registered brokers or exempt token offerings then you're in a different category, but that's not the majority of the industry

Yes, we're aiming for federal level out of the gate, and that may be one of the key diferences.

At the principled level, it means that
- we build the infrastructure
- we register our compliance entity with regulators
- infrastructure follows existing regulation, with no relief notes
- we are responsible for *the entirety of our infrastructure* (even parts that are just code, and can be re-used by others)
