It’s official. Sugar after dinner time leaves me with a hangover that keeps me from waking the next morning. Observed multiple times already. Sugar should ONLY be consumed during noon, with kids or loved ones.

The gap between good consumption and bad consumption is way more noticeable and widening. The “highness” is clearly being noticed.

the biggest difference is “on-demand” vs. “time-release”, and other times you just need or want a vice. “I’ll do anything once. If I like it, I’ll do it twice. If I love it, I’ll likely die from it.”
