That it would work, and funding a business on credit cards was a totally ok idea.

Na, my dumbass. Not huge debt, like 10k. GitHub and Airbnb were funded by binders full of credit cards. So I thought I was being conservative. 2nd lesson, focus on team over product, especially on first startups. Find people ur happy spending 16hour days with

When I started:“build it and they will come.” Distribution matters just as much if not more. A shit product with A+ distribution beats out an A+ product with shit distribution. Future me about current: take care of your body and get more sleep. Working on this now but it’s hard to not feel like im falling behind

Acquihires Sale on revenue multiple Strategic acquisition Software IP sale If you can convince another startup in your vertical that squiring you would accelerate their GTM efforts because of XYZ Or convince a private buyer they can turn around the business and it’s already doing X in revenue.
