I’ve noticed driven people like buy in. Engage with the people that have been here, go ahead and ask someone to explain what they’re thinking or they’re after, people here will do it. In fact @cameron has made a tool that encourages it with @saymore and a few of his projects
Authentic participation works well:)

Welcome to all the new peeps! The network here so far has been fun, conversational, and thoughtful. It's not perfect, nor will it ever be, but it is fun to give a crap about the impact we have and the way that affects others when the other is also putting in that same effort.
