Most problems I’ve seen stem from the ego of the founder. Their vision can be so overbearing that it prevents them from listening to their team. And as a result their team is unhappy and inefficient. I’m biased because I’m a chief of staff, but I see people management as the biggest struggle for founders!

Most people are imperfect, so forgiveness needs to be given easily for people to perform their jobs better. - You don’t need to panic about most things. A degree of earnesty with others, and a level of urgency to deal with the matter is enough. - Don’t work with people who have big egos.
